Look i really need some help. I'm having trouble with fanpop.

Okay here is the problem. The site isn't letting me sign in to my Fanpop account. It only lets me sign in using my phone. When i try to sign in to my Профиль using my computer i type my Имя пользователя and Пароль and then it says signing in as Dwolf247 but i dont sign in and it brings me to my Назад page. But for some reason i can still i m. Do Ты know whatsoever going on?
