Well, first Ты need to find 2 people. Then, Ты have them help Ты tie one rope to your hands, and one to your legs. After that, each person grabs a rope and pulls with all of their might. Ты should grow taller. If not, then Ты might wanna see a chiropractor.
ok, Ты may have already passed your growth spurts или Ты may be due for another anytime, depends how far along in your teens Ты are and when Ты started going through puberty. there is no "magic pill" to make Ты taller, but if Ты eat right and get your vitamins Ты can grow up relatively pain-free. Most girls stop growing taller by the time they hit their twenties, some sooner. Dont worry about how tall Ты are, just be happy with who Ты are! I am a little short for girls my age but i am finding that being little has its own advantages.
