Is anyone else's Fanpop not letting them click on 'See еще Comments' on answers?

I'm using Internet Explorer, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but whenever I try to click on 'See еще Comments' on whenever an answer has a bunch of comments, it just sends me to the вверх of the page. :S
