How do Ты say,"Dude,you're my BEST friend!" in French?

this is what i got from the Google translator...but Ты cant always trust online translators;

dude vous êtes mon meilleur ami!

It's "Mec, tu es mon meilleur pote!"

"vous" is ok but it's when Ты don't really know the person so Ты should say "tu"

TeamSongz4eva is right...I'm taking french and I learned that 'vous êtes' means 'you are' или Ты can say "Dude, tu es mon meilleur ami!", depending on who Ты are talking to.
