*sigh*
That's whats wrong with kids nowadays. They assume it's a sacred rule that Ты must have one billion items on your Рождество list. What's wrong with just a few? I only have 6 things on my list. The less Ты put on your list, the еще money your parents can save up for еще important things. How about asking yourself a few Вопросы first?

1. Do Ты really need the things on your list?
We don't really NEED anything we put on our lists, but it's best not to ask for things just for the hell of it. If it's going to end up in a box in the attic of stuffed in the back of your closet within a month, it's best not to ask for it.
2. Have Ты thought about what your parents could spend that money on?
A trip to the amusement park? A meal at a nice restaurant? Maybe even a new TV? The possibilities are endless. Now, would Ты rather have one of those things или that new super expensive video game system?
3. Can Ты honestly take care of that new pet?
I see Ты asked for a baby turtle. It may not be a dog или cat, but turtles still require a lot of responsibility.
