Ok if thats what your best friend then I think its good to just let her go. I know this can be hard but speaking from experience Ты usually never stop being Друзья with someone completely unless the friendship goes out in a bang.
Now as for their new Друзья who are treating Ты bad. Just ignore it they area Актёрское искусство that way for 2 reason (I think)
-They are trying to keep Ты away from Ты ex-bestfriend
-They actually don;t like you
But seriously just ignore it if u do want to hang around with them then juts act like Ты don't care they say something nasty just brush it off или say something back. eventually they will get the message that Ты are sticking around and all the bitching is juts too much effort.

After all this there still is the option of getting totally new friends.....

Well, try talking to her, but it seems to me that if this happened again after a few months, and just because of some other friends, then just wave her goodbye. Just because Ты guys hate each other doesn't mean that she has to avoid you-I've been Друзья w/ people who hate each other, it's not like it's impossible.

In short, unless she's genuinely sorry, my response would be: screw her. There are better Друзья out there.

She's not worth it sweetie. Just totaly ignore her and if she ever tries to become Друзья again, give her a taste of her own medicine and leave her alone.
