The prank consists of temporarily switching the Аватар of every site member with a sprite Анимация of a the pokemon mudkip saying (in purposely misspelled text) "so i herd u liek mudkips"

It is often quoted and parodied for humorous purposes.

Unfortunately due to complaining DeviantArt staff haven't used this prank lately.

IDK, but this video has mudkips in it.

It sounds kind of like this one Xzibit meme, for example so I heard Ты like swimming so I put a pool in your pool so Ты can swim while Ты swim. But I don't know.
