To be honest, most peeps don't tell their parents if they're not virgins anymore, It's just not the kind of thing we do...

BUT, if in your case Ты need to, and Ты have a really important reason why, Ты could go to a clinic first where they'll treat Ты as anonymous and help Ты get emergency contraception или find a way of telling your parents without them intruding on the situation. There are loads of places teens can get help about that sort of thing, so don't worry. I don't know how old Ты are but there are lots of options.

If the reason Ты need to tell your parents is because of something that needs to be dealt with quickly like if Ты didn't use a condom или it трещина, сплит или something, или because Ты were raped, then Ты should definitely go to a teen sexual health help clinic или tell one of your parents (recommend your mom)

If Ты just feel Ты should tell her because Ты had sex, then that's not really the kind of thing I'd do, but Ты could still have a quiet word with your Mom- starting the sentence by saying Ты need to talk to her about a serious matter and you'd appreciate her to try to understand and be respectful towards you. It may be a shock to her because you're her daughter and she probably still sees Ты as her baby, but I know she'll understand and she will actually appreciate it that Ты trust her enough to confide in her.

Alternatively, Ты could tell an older sister или Ты best friend, if you'd be еще comfortable with that. Personally, if I were to tell anyone it would be my best friend.

Why do Ты need to tell them...are Ты pregnant? Not to sound rude but that's not usually something Ты tell your parents, especially not if you're at an age that was probably too young to be sexually active.
