Apparently Ты have to contribute a lot of stuff, plus earn the respect from your fellow Fanpoppers. It seems a bit vague to me, actually. If there were lots of trolls on one club (yeah Ты know which club I'm talking about) and Ты don't earn their respect, then do Ты still eventually get a medal? Hmmm, who knows...
