There's nothing wrong with being Друзья with your ex, but its best if your current bf/gf knows just in case they find out and get the wrong idea, in which case it could make your relationship awkward and perhaps end it altogether.

Yes, of course. Ты should be ashamed of yourself for talking anybody of the same sex other than your current partner.

Its not wrong. But its preferred Ты tell your boy-girlfriend because he/she should know about it или it might end up bad if he/she finds out and gets the wrong idea. Talking to your girl/boyfriend is always best in the relationship because of trust. If he/she doesn't feel comfortable, then its your decision to decide if Ты want to talk to your ex.
