What is a good minor injury/sickness that would stop Ты from going swimming?

Hmm....I'm going with Fever.

Having a cold, flu, fever, или some type of arm или leg injury (like a sprain).
I don't think period would count because I've gone swimming on my period and actually when in the water your period stops. However, if Ты have severe period cramps Ты probably wouldn't want to swim.

Paralysis.

Legs chopped off.

Death.

Dysentery.
