I think Ты should and if they're spam Ты really should Удалить them. :)

If Ты feel none of it is important, than I would just Удалить all of it; because it will be very tedious to go through all of it. But in the future, if Ты are not the type of person to get alot of spam, I would recommend taking time to go through your emails daily; try sorting them and deleting what is not important, right away.
