What do Ты usually do when Ты can't fall asleep?

I read somewhere that if Ты keep your body still and relaxed for at least 15 минуты and breathe calmly, Ты fall asleep.
So that's what I do, I try not to roll over или Переместить when I'm trying to sleep. And it helps! :D

Generally i can sleep anytime i feel like but sometimes it's just not possible. I listen to instrumentals of my Избранное songs at low volume & make myself warmer as i can't sleep at all if i'm cold. I sometimes massage my head a little for my headache, they're so annoying! It helps me sleep better

I play on my ipad till i get really sleepy then i fall back asleep.

i read a book, play my sims 3 game on my laptop, или watch a movie

I listen to Музыка или I go online ...

i watch tv that usually tire me out

I usually listen to music, draw, или watch TV until I feel tired.

Put my tv on high...Then i knock out..
