Hmm...
Well, these are common in places...but they're still pretty unusual for me:
>smoked угорь (liked it)
>black пудинг (why does this exist? bleh T-T)
>salted licorice

I've had Pig's Head Fritters (not nice) and крокодил Jerky (delicious!).

Something that appeared to be baby octopuses.

livermush it's pig liver...it's really good actually!!!!!!! It is only sold and eatin in North Carolina where I was born.

Spicy snails, eels, snakes, акула fin soup, черепаха jelly, chicken legs, frog legs, century утка egg, etc. are all good. But chicken blood cube, seriously...
