What is, without a doubt, the most disturbing, most unsettling horror film you've ever seen

Anything where the dog dies disturbs me deeply.

For some reason the pig vat scene in Saw disturbs me. It doesn't scare me persay but it's one of the deaths where I was just like, 'dude, that's messed up.'

But in terms of entire films, it's kinda hard to say. I think I'm gonna go with The Amiteyville или The Ring. Mostly because those were the ones that really got me as a kid. The Void (2016) is also pretty disturbing.
