Romney says that instagram is for weighing drugs, like for weed and ect. He says Ты put the drug on Ты cell phone and weights how much the drugs should cost to sell it. He says Instgram is the most downloaded app ever and he wants to stop our kids from downloading that app so we want do drugs. He has no idea what he's talking about.
