If Ты want to know how to get stronger nails, then pay attention to these useful tips. They work!

File your nails: Every week Ты need to file Ты nails. Why? Because when Ты file your nails your body receives the message that it is time to regenerate your nails again. When this happens, the nail comes through stronger and in this way, will last longer.

Don't use too much polish: At least a couple of days a week go without polish and give your nails time to breathe.

So this is the first in a series of my opinions on things called "Blond Lion Blogs" :)

So today's topic is on Micheal Bays Трансформеры Фильмы (since Трансформеры Age of Extinction is coming soon!). Are they good? Are they bad?

Let's start with the first one, which came out in 2007. When I was a kid, I was a HUGE Трансформеры fan. And when I heard that there would be a Трансформеры movie, I was so excited! When I saw it, I loved it! But the thing is that every time I watch it again, it gets worse and worse.
