I also have couple suggestions for categories. I think Ты covered most things, but I think these should be added:

Best OST (A MUST HAVE. Yes, I am abusing the Трофеи to prove just how imperative it is that Ты have this!)
Best English Voice Actor (I don't know whether Ты were planning on including them in the seiyuu category или not, but those English voice actors deserve their time to shine as well.)
Best Hair (Who wouldn't enjoy this? XD)
Most Badass Character (To create balance with the "cutest character" category. I'd Любовь to see this!)
Best Shounen-ai или Shoujo-ai Anime (Okay, I get that a lot of people on here don't like them, but these genres of Аниме deserve credit as well.)
Best Perverted Character (Just because it would be funny. XD)
Best Thing-That-Isn't-Actually-Anime (You know, Vocaloid, Kingdom Hearts, etc...)
Best Parody Anime (:D)
