ya that too but in Япония otaku is considered really bad....(as it means you're obsessed to the point where Ты don't have a life) weebo's are people could be described as try hard Аниме Фаны who watch Аниме to impress Аниме Фаны but there Аниме selection is so......well it only consists of naruto.
I'd still go with Otaku. It literally translates to just 'obsessed fan', so it can mean Ты can be overly-obsessed, или just minorly obsessed. I'm an OTAKU and perfectly proud of it!! HAHAHAHAHA!! XD\
Yeah but Otaku means Ты don't have a life....you're always at home, 'otaku' means home. i hate how mistranslated it has become and people are using it so lightly(i speak Japanese) so i don't refer to myself as one.... ^ have Ты only seen naruto? if so then yes Ты are.

Аниме Влюбленные are "NOT AT ALL" geeks and nerds, sum people might be but that doesn't mean all and i am NOT AT ALL a geek или a nerd. People who say this might be a geek или a nerd of sumthing VERY STUPID.

First off nerd and geek is just a word,nothing more,it just depends if one chooses to accept it или not,second real Друзья don't purposely diss something their friend likes..sure everyone there own opinion on certain things,but there is such thing as going too far especially when it comes to friendship. Not necesarily true. I guess It just comes down to each persons own individual opinions. Ты can watch anime, and not be a geek/nerd. It's just like watching certain thing's on television, that other people don't watch. Like watching Animal planet, или the Discovery, или the History Chnl. Many people watch these sorts of thing's, and arnt geek/nerds.
I myself havnt really put a lable on what am. I am simply me, myslef. :) And even if Ты ARE labled a geek или nerd, does it really matter that much? I would be honored, to be called a geek или nerd. Means I'm smarter than the avarage bear.

But seriously, that's a rather broad stereotype. That's like saying girls can't like superheroes and wear розовый all the time. When I was in kidnergarden I was always hanging out with the guys and we role-played spiderman and звезда Wars scenes. Just because Ты like something doesn't mean you're a nerd или geek. If it completely consumes your life, then yea, you've got a problem.
