Not really into Romance but Fruits Basket, Vampire Night, Ouran High School Host Club (more romance in the Манга than the anime) and there is a romance theme to Alice in the Country of hearts...

Clannad after story and Bokura Ga Ita!!

Maria-sama Ga Miteru. I'm being ultimately and completely serious here. There was not a single Kiss but there didn't need to be. I laughed, I cried (not really but the average person would), and my сердце felt as warm as a fuzzy little щенок <3 I could tell what happens in every episode (although not really in order). It's so beautiful and although some of the dialogue is cliche it doesn't bother me at all whatsoever.

I know this was already said, but Junjou Romantica has to be the most romantic Аниме I've ever seen. Misaki and Usagi are so cute together! <3
