it means family in another language and that's what Clannad is centered around.

Well Baccano! Translates to Ruckus from Italian to English so it could be symbolizing all those twists and turns of this amazing series. :)

Elfen Lied Means "Elf Song" in German and in the Манга it has some German Words in it.
