So who should I cosplay?

Heyy look thats me!

Soo umm I would rather cosplay a girl buuut I guesss I could try a guy....I don't wanna spend tooo much money but I dont really mind:)

I have never cosplayed before but it looks like A LOT of fun!! :)
So who should I cosplay?
