clarification, i сказал(-а) "woman", and an adult woman would be prefered, but a younger girl is ok too (the older the better). as for what butch hair means, any kind of short hair is fine, but the less feminin, the better.
Hm... that's a hard one. I know Paprika from the Аниме movie 'Paprika' has short hair, but I don't think it's a butch haircut. I would say Sayaka Miki, but she's not a woman. xD;; link
