Does this anime/cartoon count for....

If it was made in America или somewhere else outside of Japan, I'd count it as a cartoon. For example, there is a улица, уличный Fighter and Darkstalker anime, and then there's улица, уличный Fighter and Darkstalkers cartoons. They're from Japanese video games, but adapted for Анимация in different countries.

By started out in Japanese, do Ты mean it was originally a Japanese video game that was adapted into a western cartoon? или did they originally start with some of the Анимация in Japan, but then transferred the work on it to England?
