There are lots of running gags in Gintama (Гинтама) and I can only express them in phrases (I know this seems еще of an inside joke, but someone who has watched Gintama (Гинтама) would understand most of this!) XD

~She can turn anything into dark matter!
~Mayooonnaaaaiise.....

~This Показать is always at the verge of falling apart. We might as well start airing the same episode 8 times, Далее week

There's a bunch еще I'm thinking but this is all I can remember XD

There are a lot in Baka to Test, but I guess I'll go with Akihisa getting beat up by Minami when he says she's not girly enough/her chest is too flat, since it happens in nearly every episode.

A running gag in Ouran High School Host Club is банан peels randomly appearing and tripping the characters

I just started watching FMA: Brotherhood and I'm at ep 25 now (such an awesome series....why am I only just watching it now xD)

But I've found a whole running gag about Ed being short, it never gets old xD
