Russia's the one sitting in it. That dark aura is Russia's.) just by sitting in it. He's one of my 3 Избранное Хеталия characters (The others are America and Japan, and Switzerland's probably 4th.) That other guy in the picture is England. (or Britain, if Ты want to go English Dub.)
