Космос Dandy.

"Gegege no Kitaro." That Аниме was a Манга created in 1959 by artist Shigeru Mizuki. Beside his mostly-decayed father, Kitaro is the last of his kind - The Ghost Tribe (幽霊族, yūrei zoku).

His macabre beginning is when his mother died when he was still in her, but he manged to be born and crawled out of the grave. His father, not wanting his son to be alone came back as one of his eyes and known as " Medama-Oyaji." He fights for peace between humans and yokai, which generally involves protecting the former from the wiles of the latter. Kitaro and his father are accompanied by Nezumi-Otoko (Rat-Man) and Neko-Musume (Cat-Girl).

Kitaro became an Аниме series in 1968 and four other Аниме versions were made as well - 1971, 1985, 1996 and 2007. The Аниме became REALLY Популярное in Япония but strangely not here in North America.
