What is the name of this Anime? And where online can I watch it in English Dub and Sub?

I was on my 2nd Facebook account looking in my Facebook news feed when this appeared from Манга лиса, фокс Facebook page. Now I am curious about what Аниме this is. Please anyone help me!! I need website names and Ссылки to where I can watch this Anime. And what is the name of this Аниме as well? Thank Ты for all your help in advance. :-)

There are 12 episodes and the episodes are about 3 минуты each.

@VocaChan that is like 2 Episodes long или less if Ты add up 3 mins per 12 Episodes. That is so lame! But imma watch this Anike anyways after i finosh a few other Animes. Thank Ты for answering this Вопрос for me. :-)

and okay add in 13th Episode makes it 2 Episodes long if Ты add it all up. Okay 👌 when i havw time i will watch this Anime. I saw a Vicaloid Аниме called Go! Go! 575 Аниме and it was 5 Episodes long and 4 mins per Epiaode. Even Jing King of Bamdits is a Mini series with еще than 12 Episodes and 3 Ova Epiaodes called Jing King of Bandits Seventh Heaven. And even that Mini series was much longer than Go! Go! 575 Аниме and Oneechan Ga Kita. XD
