Marisa Kirisame and Alice Margatroid from Touhou. I know it's a game but there's somethings I'd like to point out. Technically anything Japanese-animated is anime. There was actually a fan-made Touhou Аниме and Video game can have Аниме artwork so I rest my case. I'd also mention I have many избранное as well but those two came to mind.

Witch: Nurse Witch Komugi-Chan.

Ah..I know...Kill two birds with one stone. Lina & Orphen met in a few crossovers, one being Герои Phantasia. & they're not even by the same mangakas.
