Apparently so.
In order to use a gif (moving image) as your icon, Ты have to type .png after it, now, или else Fanpop will recognise it as a gif and it will not move. People have been saving gifs as pngs in order to fool fanpop. So as long as Fanpop doesn't terminate the usage of all gifs like they did last time (long story) we're able to use gifs as long as we save them as png files.
